The habitability certificate (cèdula d’habitabilitat) confirms that a home meets the minimum standards to be lived in.
We obtain the habitability certificate for new and existing homes. You need it to let or sell a property, arrange a mortgage or connect electricity, water or gas.
We inspect the home, check that it meets the requirements of Decree 141/2012 and issue the technical habitability report. If anything is missing, we tell you how to put it right before the application is submitted.
