If you are selling or letting a home or business premises, you need an energy performance certificate (certificat d’eficiència energètica, CEE) before you advertise it.
We obtain the building’s energy performance certificate, which is compulsory for all new homes and for existing ones that are put up for sale or rent. The certificate shows how efficiently the property uses energy under normal conditions of use and occupancy, its energy rating and a set of recommended measures to reduce its energy costs.
We visit the property, calculate the rating from A to G and register the certificate with ICAEN.
